Recent research by Ohio Election Justice Campaign reveals over 800 pages of documents on destruction of 2004 ballots in violation of court order not submitted to the court, contrary to quoted comments in minutes of meeting of Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner with numerous election officials and voting rights leaders. These records are evidence in a federal lawsuit.
