Los Angeles, CA: The Full Disclosure Network® is releasing four episodes covering the Los Angeles Unified School District's Belmont Learning Center to be featured on 47 cable systems starting in August 2008. The Belmont school project was delayed for years due to costly litigation and the presence of toxic methane and hydrogen sulfide gasses and an earthquake fault found on the school site previously known as the Old Los Angeles Oil Field. Experts have estimated cost to complete the school at close to a billion dollars. At least 56 county boards assert they have destroyed some ballots from 2004; seven counties assert they have destroyed all ballots.
